To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients efficiently, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. Cancellation & Rescheduling Guidelines: Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel within less than 48 hours notice, you may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service at the discretion of your provider. No-shows (failure to attend an appointment without notice) may be required to prepay for future appointments and will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other clients.
